· Coolant temperature higher than 75 °C/167 °F
· Following trouble codes not stored: 33, 34
· Loop closed
· Throttle valve aperture greater than 0 %
· The fault is recognized by the control unit if the oxygen sensor voltage is less than 280 mV for longer than 21 s.
If trouble code 44 was recognized, the control unit takes 450 mV as replacement voltage
(oxygen sensor control switched off).
Note:
If the oxygen sensor is wrapped in aluminium foil, remove the foil. Then delete trouble code. If trouble code 44 is set again, start trouble-shooting.
