· Vehicle speed less than 1 km / h (0.6 mph)

· Coolant temperature higher than 80° C / 176 F

· Throttle valve aperture less than 2 %

· Following trouble codes not stored: 21, 22, 24

· Nominal idle speed is not maintained; deviation is greater than 150 rpm

· The above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 20 s

If the speed sensor has malfunctioned and trouble code 24 has not yet been recognized, trouble code 35 may be set under certain circumstances.
