· Coolant temperature higher than 75° C / l67° F
· Following trouble codes not stored: 21,22,67,68
· Loop closed
· Throttle valve opening greater than 3 %
· Integrator less than 96 steps
· The fault is recognized by the control unit if the oxygen sensor voltage is greater than 750 mV for longer than 40 s
If trouble code 45 has been recognized, the control unit takes 450 mV as a replacement voltage (oxygen sensor control switched off).
Note:
If the oxygen sensor is wrapped with aluminium foil, remove foil. Then erase trouble code. If trouble code 45 is set again, initiate trouble - shooting.
