· Following trouble codes not stored: 21, 22, 33, 34
· Oxygen sensor loop open
· Integrator value not equal to 128 steps (no reset condition)
· Coolant temperature higher than 75 °C/ 167 °F
· Throttle valve aperture greater than 0 %
· The fault is recognised by the control unit if the oxygen sensor voltage is lower than 274 mV for longer than 21 s.
Replacement value:
· 450 mV
Effects:
· Oxygen sensor regulation is switched off, i.e. open oxygen sensor loop
Note:
| The oxygen sensor must not be wrapped in aluminium foil. Remove foil. Then delete trouble code. If trouble code 44 is set again, start trouble-shooting according to F0:DATA LIST no. 27. |
