Effects:
· The engine telltale flashes
· Approx. 1 s after ignition ON the injection function is blocked and the fuel pump is switched off
Note:
| New control units are delivered with the status "immobiliser deactivated". Trouble code 83 remains stored for as long as the immobiliser function remains unprogrammed in the engine control unit (see section 5.9.1). |
