· Following trouble codes not stored: 21, 22, 33, 34
· Oxygen sensor loop closed
· Integrator value not equal to 128 steps (not reset condition)
· Coolant temperature higher than 75 °C/167 °F
· Throttle valve opening greater than 0 %
· The fault is recognised by the control unit if the oxygen sensor voltage is higher than 743 mV for longer than 17 s.
Replacement value:
· 450 mV
Effects:
· Oxygen sensor regulation is switched off, i.e. open oxygen sensor loop
Note:
Oxygen sensor must not be wrapped in aluminium foil. Remove foil.
| Then erase trouble code. If trouble code 45 is set again, start trouble- shooting according to F0:Data List no. 27. |
