Replace Vacuum Pump (Z 20 NET, AC, Rhd, Mt) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Remove vacuum pump • Disconnect 2x wiring harness plugs (2) • Remove ignition monitoring module • Unlock and remove vacuum connection (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)

Replace Vacuum Pump (Z 20 NET, AC, Rhd, Mt)

Install

3. Install vacuum pump • Replace seal ring • Fit ignition monitoring module • Tighten 2x bolt – Tightening torque 22 Nm • Connect vacuum connection • Connect 2x wiring harness plug
4. Close bonnet
