Replace Air Cleaner Housing Opel Vectra C

Remove

  1. 1. Open bonnet
  1. 2. Remove air cleaner housing (1) • Release clamp (3) • Disconnect wiring harness plug (2) • Unhook 3x wiring harnesses (4) • Remove air intake pipe from resonator at air filter housing
  2. 3. Replace air cleaner housing • Detach air intake hose – Release clamp • Detach air filter housing lid – Unscrew 5x bolt – Remove air filter element • Attach air filter housing lid – Insert air filter element – Tighten 5x bolt • Attach air intake hose – Fasten clamp

Install

  1. 4. Install air cleaner housing • Fasten clamp • Connect wiring harness plug • Attach 3x wiring harnesses • Fit air intake pipe from resonator to air filter housing • Connect pressure sensor wiring harness plug
  2. 5. Close bonnet
