Replace Oil Pressure Control Valve Opel Vectra C

DOHC Petrol Engine 1 illustration

Remove

1. Remove oil pan
2. Remove oil pressure control valve • Unscrew closure bolt (1)
3. Remove piston and spring
4. Clean components
5. Test components
6. Clean thread.

Replace Oil Pressure Control Valve

Install

7. Install oil pressure control valve • Install spring (3) and piston (4) together with screw plug (2) in pump module and tighten 21 Nm
8. Install oil pan
