Replace Oil Intake Pipe Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove oil pan
2. 2. Remove upper oil baffle plate (1) • Unscrew 5x bolt (2)

3. 3. Remove lower oil baffle plate (1) • Unscrew 5x bolt (2)

4. 4. Remove oil intake pipe (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2)

Install

5. 5. Install oil intake pipe • Tighten 2x bolt 10 Nm • Use new seal ring.
6. 6. Install lower oil baffle plate • Tighten 5x bolt 10 Nm
7. 7. Install upper oil baffle plate • Tighten 5x bolt 10 Nm
8. 8. Install oil pan
