Remove and Install Intake Manifold Lower Part Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove intake manifold upper part
2. 2. Place collecting basin underneath.
3. 3. Relieve fuel pressure with KM-J-34730-91 • Unscrew test connection cap (1)

4. 4. Detach fuel feed line (2) with KM-J-37088-A (1)

5. 5. Disconnect fuel pressure sensor wiring harness plug (1)

6. 6. Detach wiring harness of injection valves • Disconnect 7 wiring harness plugs (1 and 2)

7. 7. Remove fuel distribution pipe (1) with injection valve • Unscrew 3x bolt (2)

8. 8. Remove intake manifold lower part (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2) • Plug inlet channels of cylinder heads with rags

Install

9. 9. Install intake manifold lower part • Remove rags from intake channels • Use new gasket • Tighten 2x bolt 23 Nm
10. 10. Install fuel distribution pipe with injection valve • Tighten 3x bolt 10 Nm
11. 11. Attach wiring harness of injection valves • Connect 7 wiring harness plugs
12. 12. Connect fuel pressure sensor wiring harness plug
13. 13. Attach fuel feed line
14. 14. Install intake manifold upper part
