Replace Toothed Belt Cover (Upper) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Remove air cleaner housing
3. Detach front toothed belt cover (upper) (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2) • Undo upper catch (3) • Gently pull front toothed belt cover (upper) upwards at lug (arrow)

Replace Toothed Belt Cover (Upper)

Install

4. Attach front toothed belt cover (upper) • Tighten 2x bolt 6 Nm

Important. Ensure that it engages correctly.

5. Install air cleaner housing
6. Close bonnet
