Replace Ribbed V-Belt Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Raise vehicle by its entire height
2. 2. Remove lower engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if present
3. 3. Remove ribbed V-belt • Tighten ribbed V-belt tensioner at casting (1) in direction of arrow and lock with KM-6349 (2) – Remove ribbed V-belt

Install

4. 4. Install ribbed V-belt • Clamp tensioner to casting in direction of arrow, anticlockwise • Remove KM-6349 – Allow tensioner to slide back slowly
5. 5. Install lower engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if present
6. 6. Lower vehicle by its entire height
