How to Replace the Guide Rail (Primary Chain, Top) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Remove hydraulic chain tensioner (primary chain)
2. Remove primary chain guide rail (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2) • Pull downwards to remove primary chain guide rail

How to Replace the Guide Rail (Primary Chain, Top)

Install

3. Attach guide rail (primary chain, top) • Feed guide rails through primary chain from below • Tighten 2x bolt 23 Nm
4. Install hydraulic chain tensioner (primary chain)
