Replace Roller Cam Follows (Z 20 NET) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Remove both camshafts

Note. Remove both camshafts

2. Remove roller cam followers • Remove 16x roller cam followers

Replace Roller Cam Follows (Z 20 NET)

3. Inspect components • 16x hydraulic valve lifter • 16x valve

Install

4. Install roller cam followers • Insert 16x roller cam followers

Note. Before installation, soak roller cam follower in oil.

Important. The camshafts must be replaced when the roller cam followers are replaced.

5. Install both camshafts
