Replace Pressure Relief Valve Opel Vectra C

DOHC Petrol Engine 1 illustration

Remove

1. Remove oil pan
2. Remove oil pressure control valve • Unscrew closure bolt (1)
3. Remove piston (2) and spring (3)
4. Clean components
5. Test components
6. Clean thread.

Replace Pressure Relief Valve

Install

7. Install oil pressure control valve • Install spring and piston together with screw plug in pump module and tighten 10 Nm
8. Install oil pan
