Replace Resonator Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove side of battery support • Unclip coolant hose
2. 2. Remove air cleaner housing
3. 3. Detach resonator from lock bracket • Remove bolt (2) • Suspend 3x from lock bracket (1) – Press 3x lugs (3) down – Push resonator in direction of arrow

4. 4. Separate and remove resonator (2) • Unlock with screwdriver (1)

Install

5. 5. Insert resonator • Insert both individual parts • Join components together – Parts must engage audibly.
6. 6. Attach resonator to lock bracket • Attach 3x to lock bracket – Engage by sliding in direction of arrow • Tighten bolt

7. 7. Install air cleaner housing
