CIRCUIT VOLTAGE LOW26, 27, 289 29, 30, 31· Engine not in operating condition: deceleration fuel cutoff and full load

· Engine running at idle speed: coolant temperature higher than 40 °C / 104 °F (C 18 XE) or higher than 31 °C / 88 °F (X 20 XEV)

or

Engine running in load range: coolant temperature higher than 45 °C / 113 °F (C 18 XE) or higher than 31 °C / 88 °F (X 20 XEV)

· Oxygen sensor regulation limit "lean" attained for 10 s (mixture constantly lean)

· Tank vent valve closed

· Following trouble codes not stored: 61

· Oxygen sensor heating actuated at 100% for 5.0 s

· After oxygen sensor heating period has elapsed, oxygen sensor voltage less than 60 mV

(short circuit to ground or circuit interruption)

· Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 5.0 s

Effects:

· The oxygen sensor regulation and tank vent valve regulation are blocked

· The tank vent valve is regulated to a minimum value
