F0: Data List Opel Omega B

Digital Diesel Electronics DDE 2.1 F0:DATA LIST

The following data list gives the nominal values for various data list parameters. These should be compared with the current actual values. If a nominal value is not attained, the relevant fault diagnosis for the affected circuit is listed below the heading (TECH 1 checking). Before starting actual fault diagnosis, first perform the entire quick check with TECH 1 to get a general idea of the parameters that are not within the prescribed nominal limits. If several parameters are outwith the tolerances, start fault diagnosis with the circuits for these sensors and then proceed to the circuits for actuators such as solenoid valves, relays, telltales, etc.

Note:

If the control unit has switched to emergency operation, various data list parameters may lie beyond the prescribed tolerances. In this case however, a trouble code is stored, and the emergency operation values can be found in the relevant trouble code description.

After completing diagnosis, delete any trouble codes and carry out the quick check F0: Data List (headings) listed at the beginning of the diagnosis table with TECH 1 again, to ensure that the faults are really eliminated.

If trouble-shooting demands that voltage be applied to control unit terminal or to a wiring harness plug connected to the control unit, ensure that the correct terminal is used; otherwise the control unit may be damaged.
