Replace Cylinder Head Cover Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach engine cover. • Unscrew 2x bolt • Unscrew oil filler cap • Remove engine cover • Screw in oil filler cap
3. 3. Release 2x vacuum lines • Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)

4. 4. Detach 2x hoses (1) • Release 2x clamp

5. 5. Detach cylinder head cover • Unscrew 7x bolt (arrows)

Install

6. 6. Clean sealing surface
7. 7. Fit cylinder head cover • Transfer oil filler cap • Replace gasket • 7x bolts 10 Nm
8. 8. Attach 2x hose • Secure 2x clamp
9. 9. Fasten 2x vacuum lines • 2x bolts 9 Nm
10. 10. Attach engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler cap • Place engine cover in position • Screw in oil filler cap • 2x bolts 9 Nm
11. 11. Close bonnet
