Replace Fan Housing Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove radiator
2. 2. Detach fan housing (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2) • Remove fan housing from guides

3. 3. Remove 2x fan motors (1, 3) • Disconnect 2x wiring harness plug • Unclip wiring harness (2) • Unscrew 6x bolt
4. 4. Detach control unit (1) • Remove bolt (2) • Unclip control unit

Install

5. 5. Transfer small parts
6. 6. Attach control unit • Clip in control unit • Tighten bolt
7. 7. Install 2x fan motor • Tighten 6x bolt • Connect 2x wiring harness plug • Attach wiring harness
8. 8. Attach fan housing • Insert fan housing into guides • Tighten 2x bolt
9. 9. Install radiator
