Replace Metal Pipe, Exhaust Gas Recirculation Opel Vectra C

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach engine cover. • Unscrew 2x bolt • Unscrew oil filler cap • Remove engine cover • Screw in oil filler cap
3. 3. Detach metal EGR pipe (2) • Unscrew 4x bolt (1) • Remove 2x gasket

Note. Note installation position.

4. 4. Clean sealing surfaces.
5. 5. Attach metal EGR pipe • Replace 2x gasket • 4x bolts 25 Nm

Note. Note installation position.

6. 6. Attach engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler cap • Place engine cover in position • Screw in oil filler cap • 2x bolts 9 Nm
7. 7. Close bonnet
