Replace Sheathed Glow Plugs Opel Vectra C

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach upper engine cover • Unscrew 3x bolt

Important. Carefully pull upwards

3. 3. Detach upper charge air pipe • Release clamp (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2) • Set to one side

4. 4. Remove 4x sheathed glow plug • Detach 4x wiring harness plug (2) – Use KM-717 (1) • Unscrew 4x sheathed glow plug – Use KM-980

5. 5. Install 4x sheathed glow plug • Tighten 4x sheathed glow plug – Use KM-980 – Tightening torque 10 Nm • Connect 4x wiring harness plug
6. 6. Attach upper charge air pipe • Tighten 2x bolt – Tightening torque 3 Nm • Tighten clamp – Tightening torque 3,5 Nm
7. 7. Attach upper engine cover • Clip in upper engine cover • Tighten 3x bolt
8. 8. Close bonnet
