Replace Camshaft Sensor. Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Remove toothed belt • Remove toothed belt:
2. Detach camshaft sprocket • Remove bolt (2) • Use EN-46787 (1) and KM-956-1

Important. Do not damage camshaft sensor (arrow) when counterholding.

Replace Camshaft Sensor.

3. Remove camshaft sensor (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt (2) • Disconnect wiring harness plug • Remove panelling – Unscrew 2x bolt

Replace Camshaft Sensor.

Install

4. Install camshaft sensor • Attach panelling • Coat 2x bolt with screw locking compound (red) • 2x bolts 9 Nm • Connect wiring harness plug.
5. Attach camshaft sprocket • Replace bolt – Bolt 120 Nm • Use EN-46787

Important. Do not damage camshaft sensor when counterholding.

6. Install toothed belt • Install toothed belt:
