Replace Glow Plug Cores Opel Vectra C

Remove

  1. 1. Open bonnet
  2. 2. Disconnect battery.
  3. 3. Detach engine cover. • Unscrew 2x bolt • Unscrew oil filler cap • Remove engine cover • Screw in oil filler cap
  4. 4. Remove vacuum line • Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows) • Detach 4x hoses
  1. 5. Remove 4x sheathed glow plug • Disconnect 4x wiring harness plugs • Remove 4x sheathed glow plugs (1) with EN-48389

Install

  1. 6. Install 4x sheathed glow plug • Tighten 4x sheathed glow plugs with EN-48389 , 25 Nm • Connect 4 wiring harness plugs
  2. 7. Install vacuum line • Tighten 2x bolts 9 Nm • Connect 4x hose
  3. 8. Attach engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler cap • Place engine cover in position • Screw in oil filler cap • Tighten 2x bolts 9 Nm
  4. 9. Connect battery.
  5. 10. Program volatile memories
  6. 11. Close bonnet
