Replace Turbocharger Oil Return Line Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery.
3. 3. Raise vehicle
4. 4. Detach lower engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash protection if necessary
5. 5. Detach catalytic converter bracket (2) • Unscrew 3x bolt (1)

6. 6. Remove turbocharger oil return line (1) • Place collecting basin underneath. • Unscrew 4x bolt • Remove 2x gasket

Install

7. 7. Cleaning work • Cylinder block, turbocharger
8. 8. Install turbocharger oil return line • Replace 2x gasket • 2x bolts (M8) 25 Nm • 2x bolts (M6) 9 Nm
9. 9. Attach catalytic converter bracket • 3x bolts 25 Nm
10. 10. Attach lower engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash protection if removed
11. 11. Lower vehicle
12. 12. Connect battery.
13. 13. Program volatile memories
14. 14. Check engine oil level and correct if necessary. • Observe specified engine oil quantity
15. 15. Close bonnet
