Replace Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach engine cover. • Unscrew 2x bolt • Unscrew oil filler cap • Remove engine cover • Screw in oil filler cap
3. 3. Separate wiring harness plug for exhaust gas recirculation valve
4. 4. Detach exhaust recirculation valve • Unscrew 3x bolt (3) exhaust gas recirculation valve • Unscrew 2x stud bolts exhaust gas recirculation (1) on throttle valve module • Unscrew 2x bolts cooler exhaust gas recirculation (4) • Remove 2x gasket and engine transport shackle (2)

Install

5. 5. Attach exhaust recirculation valve • Replace 2x gasket • Position engine transport shackle • Tighten 3x bolt exhaust gas recirculation valve 25 Nm • Tighten 2x stud bolts metal pipe exhaust gas recirculation on throttle valve 25 Nm • Tighten 2x bolts cooler exhaust gas recirculation 25 Nm
6. 6. Connect wiring harness plug exhaust gas recirculation valve
7. 7. Attach engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler cap • Place engine cover in position • Screw in oil filler cap • Tighten 2x bolts 9 Nm
8. 8. Close bonnet
