How to Replace the Vacuum Pump Opel Vectra C

  1. 1. Open bonnet
  2. 2. Detach engine cover. • Unscrew 2x bolt • Unscrew oil filler cap • Remove engine cover • Screw in oil filler cap
  3. 3. Detach 2x vacuum hoses
  4. 4. Detach vacuum pump (1) • Unscrew 3x bolt (2)
  5. 5. Clean sealing surface
  6. 6. Attach vacuum pump • Replace gasket • 3x bolts 20 Nm
  1. 7. Attach 2x vacuum hoses
  2. 8. Attach engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler cap • Place engine cover in position • Screw in oil filler cap • 2x bolts 9 Nm
  3. 9. Close bonnet
