Remove and Install Flywheel Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove thrust plate and clutch disc
2. 2. Detach KM-6263 • Turn rotating spindle back to its initial position • Remove the centring pin • Unscrew bolts and remove KM-6263
3. 3. Remove flywheel • Unscrew 6x bolt • Detach EN-46792 (1)

Install

4. 4. Clean 6x thread
5. 5. Install flywheel • Attach EN-46792 • Replace 6x bolt • 6x bolts (M12) 160 Nm

Note. User screw locking compound (red)

6. 6. Attach KM-6263 • Screw in 3x bolt • Insert clutch pin KM-6263-30 with KM-6263-22

Important. KM-6263 to engine block only, not to oil pan

7. 7. Install thrust plate and clutch disc
