The Z 19 DT OHC diesel engine and the Z 19 DTH DOHC diesel engine are equipped with a heat exchanger to adapt the engine oil temperature to the engine coolant temperature.
The heat exchanger is flange-connected to the oil filter housing with 4 fastening bolts.
• Service: Always change the oil after removing the oil filter housing or the heat exchanger. It is possible for coolant to enter the oil circuit during removal and therefore contaminate the engine oil.
