Replace Pre-Heating System Control Unit Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Disconnect battery.
3. Remove charge air hose • Release 2x clamp
4. Remove control unit, pre-heating system (1) • Unclip control unit • Unlock wiring harness plug (arrow) • Detach wiring harness plug (2).

Replace Pre-Heating System Control Unit

Install

5. Install control unit - pre-heating system • Connect wiring harness plug. • Clip in control unit
6. Attach charge air hose. • 2x clamps 3,5 Nm
7. Connect battery.
8. Program volatile memories
9. Close bonnet
