Replace Ribbed V-Belt Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Raise vehicle by its entire height
3. 3. Detach lower engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash protection if necessary
4. 4. Remove ribbed V-belt • Mark direction of movement of ribbed V-belt • Tension the ribbed V-belt tension roller at bolt (1) in a clockwise direction (direction of arrow) • Insert KM-6349 (2)

Install

5. 5. Install ribbed V-belt • Install ribbed V-belt. Ribbed V-belt operation with air conditioning (to MY 08) Ribbed V-belt operation with air conditioning (as of MY 08) Ribbed V-belt routing without air conditioning system • Remove KM-6349

Note. Pay attention to direction of travel

6. 6. Attach lower engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash protection if removed
7. 7. Lower vehicle by its entire height
8. 8. Close bonnet
