Replace Oil Pump Seal Ring Opel Vectra C

Diesel Engine 2 illustrations ~140 words

Remove

1. Remove toothed belt
2. Detach toothed belt drive gear • Remove bolt • Use EN-47630 (1) in conjunction with KM-956-1 (2) – Remove with EN-47630 , KM-956-1

Note. Left hand thread.

Replace Oil Pump Seal Ring

3. Remove oil pump seal ring

Note. Lever seal ring out of oil pump using suitable tool. Ensure that sealing surfaces are not damaged.

Install

4. Cleaning work • Cylinder Block – 5x thread
5. Install oil pump seal ring • Use EN-46793 (1)

Replace Oil Pump Seal Ring

6. Fit toothed belt drive gear • Position with EN-47630
7. Attach toothed belt drive gear • Bolt 340 Nm • Use EN-47630 in conjunction with KM-956-1

Note. Left hand thread.

8. Detach EN-47630 , KM-956-1 • Unscrew 4x bolt
9. Install toothed belt
10. Check engine oil level, if necessary correct. • Observe specified engine oil quantity
