How to Replace the Throttle Valve Module Opel Vectra C

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach engine cover. • Unscrew 2x bolt • Unscrew oil filler cap • Remove engine cover • Screw in oil filler cap
3. 3. Detach metal EGR pipe (2) • Unscrew 4x bolt (1) • Remove 2x gasket

Note. Note installation position.

4. 4. Detach connection hose (3) to throttle valve module • Release clamp
5. 5. Detach throttle valve module (1) • Disconnect wiring harness plug • Unscrew 3x bolt (2) • Remove gasket.

6. 6. Clean sealing surfaces.
7. 7. Install throttle valve module • 3x bolts 25 Nm • Connect wiring harness plug. • Replace gasket
8. 8. Attach connection hose to throttle valve module • Clamp 3,5 Nm
9. 9. Attach metal EGR pipe • Replace 2x gasket • 4x bolts 25 Nm

Note. Note installation position.

10. 10. Attach engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler cap • Place engine cover in position • Screw in oil filler cap • 2x bolts 9 Nm
11. 11. Close bonnet
