Replacing Resonator Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove engine cover.
2. 2. Remove air cleaner housing
3. 3. Secure radiator at upper radiator brackets
4. 4. Raise vehicle by its full height
5. 5. Detach 2x radiator bracket (1) • Unscrew 4x bolts

6. 6. Remove resonator • Unscrew bolt (1) • Detach resonator in direction of arrow • Remove resonator

Install

7. 7. Install resonator • Insert resonator • Engage resonator in direction of arrow • Tighten bolt
8. 8. Install lower radiator bracket • Tighten 4x bolt 15 Nm • Remove fuses from upper holders

Note. Arrow on bracket points to front of vehicle

9. 9. Install engine cover
10. 10. Install air cleaner housing
