Replace Engine Venting Pipe Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove rear toothed belt cover
3. 3. Unclip wiring trough from cylinder head cover
4. 4. Detach engine breather pipe (4) from cylinder head cover • Undo quick-release fitting (1) • Unclip line • Detach quick-release fitting (2) from cylinder head cover – Detach retaining clamp (3)

5. 5. Remove engine venting pipe • Detach vacuum line (4) – Detach 2x cable ties (1) – Open insulation • Detach quick-release fitting (3) from turbocharger intake pipe • Unscrew bolt (2)

Install

6. 6. Attach engine breather pipe • Tighten bolt • Attach quick-release fitting to turbocharger intake pipe • Attach vacuum line – Close insulation – Attach 2x cable ties
7. 7. Install engine venting pipe • Connect quick release fitting • Clip in line • Attach quick-release fitting to cylinder head cover – Attach retaining clamp
8. 8. Install rear toothed belt cover
9. 9. Close bonnet
