Removing and Installing Charge Air Pipe Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. For Z 20 LEH engines: • Disconnect wiring harness plug, charge pressure sensor (1)

3. 3. Detach charge air pipe (2) • Undo 2x clamps (1) • Remove charge air pipe

Install

4. 4. Insert charge air pipe
5. 5. Tighten 2x clamps 3.5 Nm
6. 6. For Z 20 LEH engines: • Connect wiring harness plug for charge pressure sensor
7. 7. Close bonnet
