Replace Overpressure Valve Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Vehicles with air conditioning: Detach ribbed V-belt
3. 3. Vehicles with air conditioning: Remove compressor • Unscrew 3x bolts (1) • Set aside

4. 4. Remove pressure relief valve • Unscrew closure bolt
5. 5. Clean parts
6. 6. Check parts
7. 7. Clean the thread

Install

8. 8. Install excess pressure valve • Tighten closure bolt
9. 9. In vehicles with air conditioning: attach compressor • Tighten 3x bolt 22 Nm
10. 10. Vehicles with air conditioning: Attach ribbed V-belt
11. 11. Lower vehicle by its full height
12. 12. Close bonnet
