Replace Guide Rail (Primary Chain) Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove timing case
2. 2. Loosen guide rail of camshaft timing chain • Unscrew closure bolt (1) • Unscrew upper bolt (2)

3. 3. Remove guide rail of camshaft timing chain (1) • Unscrew lower bolt (2)

Install

4. 4. Install guide rail of camshaft timing chain • Tighten 2x bolt 10 Nm
5. 5. Tighten guide rail sealing plug of camshaft timing chain 65 Nm • Replace sealing ring
6. 6. Install timing case 1701543
