Replace Oil Pump Opel Astra H

Remove

1. Remove timing case
2. Remove oil pump • Remove oil pump cover (1) – Unscrew 15x bolts • Remove outer rotor (3) with inner rotor (2)

Replace Oil Pump

3. Visually check components

Install

4. Install oil pump • Insert outer and inner rotors, with sufficient oil • Clean sealing surfaces. • Fit oil pump cover – Screw in 15x bolt 6 Nm
5. Install timing case
