Attach Engine to Engine Overhaul Stand and Remove Opel Astra H

Remove

1. Attach KM-2358 to engine transport shackles
2. Suspend engine from workshop crane
3. Attach engine to KM-412 • Attach KM-412-18 to engine (1) – Tighten 4x bolts • Attach engine to KM-412-18 (2) with KM-412 – Tighten 8x bolted connections • Detach 2x KM-2358 from engine

Attach Engine to Engine Overhaul Stand and Remove

4. Unhitch engine from engine crane.

Install

5. Suspend engine from workshop crane
6. Detach engine from KM-412 • Detach KM-412-18 from KM-412 – Detach 8x bolted connections • Remove KM-412-18 from engine – Unscrew 4x bolts
7. Unhitch engine from engine crane.
8. Remove KM-2358 from engine transport shackles
