Replace Camshaft Sensor Opel Astra H

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Remove air cleaner housing (4) • If present: unclip bonnet contact switch (1) • Unscrew bolt (2) • Unclip tank vent line (3) • Release and disconnect wiring harness plug of hot film mass air flow meter (7) – Unclip wiring harness (6) from bracket • Detach intake pipe – Loosen clamp (5)

Replace Camshaft Sensor

3. Remove camshaft sensor • Release and unplug wiring harness plug (1) • Unscrew bolt (2)

Replace Camshaft Sensor

Install

4. Install camshaft sensor • Tighten bolt 8 Nm • Connect and lock wiring harness plug
5. Install air cleaner housing • Install intake pipe – Fasten clamp 3.5 Nm • Tighten bolt • Connect and lock wiring harness plug of hot film mass air flow meter • Clip in tank vent line • If present: clip in bonnet contact switch
6. Close bonnet
