Replace Throttle Valve Module (Z 20 NET, AC, Rhd, Mt) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Detach upper engine cover
3. Remove charge air hose
4. Detach throttle valve module • Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) • Detach engine cover bracket – Unscrew 2x nut • Unscrew 2x bolt (3) • Unscrew 2x stud bolt (2) • Remove gasket.

Replace Throttle Valve Module (Z 20 NET, AC, Rhd, Mt)

Install

5. Install throttle valve module • Replace gasket • Tighten 2x bolt – Tightening torque 9 Nm • Tighten stud bolts – Tightening torque 10 Nm • Install wiring harness bracket – Tighten nuts • Connect wiring harness plug.
6. Fit charge air hose • Tighten 2x clamp – Tightening torque 3,5 Nm
7. Attach upper engine cover
8. Close bonnet
