Replace Ignition Module Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Unclip engine wiring duct (1) from cylinder head • Lay wiring trough aside.
3. 3. Separate wiring harness plug for DIS ignition module (2)

4. 4. Remove DIS ignition module • Remove cover from DIS ignition module in direction of arrow • Unscrew 2x bolt • Remove from spark plugs with KM-6009 (1)

Note. Note arrow on cover

Install

5. 5. Install DIS ignition module (1) with KM-6009 • Replace seals (2) • Tighten 2x bolt 8 Nm • Install cover for DIS ignition module

Note. When installing a new DIS ignition module, there is no need to replace the seals

6. 6. Connect wiring harness plug for DIS ignition module
7. 7. Clip engine wiring duct to cylinder head
8. 8. Close bonnet
