Replace Pre-Catalytic Converter Temperature Sensor Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Release the pre-catalytic converter temperature sensor wiring harness plug (1) and disconnect it • Thread wiring harness through from top to bottom with a suitable tool

3. 3. Raise vehicle by its entire height
4. 4. Detach engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if present
5. 5. Remove pre-catalytic converter temperature sensor (1) • Unclip 3x wiring harnesses

Install

6. 6. Install pre-catalytic converter temperature sensor • Tighten temperature sensor 45 Nm • Clip in 3x wiring harness • Suspend wiring harness on a suitable tool
7. 7. Attach engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if removed
8. 8. Lower vehicle by its entire height
9. 9. Connect the pre-catalytic converter temperature wiring harness plug and lock it • Use a suitable tool to bring the wiring harness up and through
10. 10. Close bonnet
