Replace Throttle Module (Z 22 YH, Lhd, AC) Opel Vectra C

Fuel Injection Systems 2 illustrations

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Detach upper engine cover
3. Remove air intake hose (2) • Release 2x clamp (1)

Replace Throttle Module (Z 22 YH, Lhd, AC)

4. Detach throttle valve module • Disconnect wiring harness plug • Unclip wiring harness • Unscrew 4x bolt • Remove gasket.

Replace Throttle Module (Z 22 YH, Lhd, AC)

Install

5. Install throttle valve module • Replace gasket • Tighten 4x bolt – Tightening torque 9 Nm . • Attach wiring harness • Connect wiring harness plug.
6. Install air intake pipe. • Tighten 2x clamp – Tightening torque 3,5 Nm .
7. Attach upper engine cover
8. Close bonnet
