How to Replace the Throttle Valve Module Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Lower vehicle
3. 3. Remove air cleaner housing
4. 4. Detach coolant hoses from heater core (1) and (2) • Place collecting basin underneath. • Release 2x clamp
5. 5. Disconnect wiring harness plug from heater core (4)
6. 6. Detach heater core from intake manifold • Unscrew 4x bolt (3)

Install

7. 7. Attach heater core to intake manifold with new gasket • Clean sealing surface • Tighten 4x bolt 8 Nm
8. 8. Connect heater core wiring harness plug
9. 9. Attach coolant hoses to heater core • Secure 2x clamp
10. 10. Install air cleaner housing
11. 11. Check coolant level, correct if necessary
12. 12. Close bonnet
