How to Replace the Oxygen Sensor - Mixture Regulation Opel Vectra C

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler pipe cap • Unscrew 2x bolt • Screw on oil filler pipe cap
3. 3. Remove mixture control oxygen sensor (2). • Disconnect wiring harness plug (3) – Remove cable ties • Use KM-6179 (1)

4. 4. Install oxygen sensor for mixture regulation • Tighten oxygen sensor – Tightening torque 30 Nm . • Connect wiring harness plug. – Attach cable ties

Note. Apply special grease (black) to the thread

5. 5. Install engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler pipe cap • Tighten 2x bolt – Tightening torque 8 Nm . • Screw on oil filler pipe cap
6. 6. Close bonnet
