Replace Cooling Module Control Unit Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery.
3. 3. Detach cooling module wiring harness plug (1)

4. 4. Detach cooling module control unit (1) • Disconnect 2x fan motor wiring harness plug (arrows) • Remove bolt (2)

Note. Carefully pull upwards out of fan housing.

Install

5. 5. Attach cooling module control unit • Clip in control unit • Tighten bolt • Connect 2x wiring harness plug
6. 6. Connect wiring harness plug for cooling module
7. 7. Connect battery.
8. 8. Program volatile memories
9. 9. Close bonnet
