Replace Particle Filter Temperature Sensor Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disengage wiring harness plug (1) for particle filter temperature sensor and disconnect it • Unclip wiring harness plug from bracket • Thread wiring harness through from top to bottom with a suitable tool

3. 3. Raise vehicle by its entire height
4. 4. Detach engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if present
5. 5. Remove temperature sensor particle filter (1) • Unclip 6 wiring harnesses

Install

6. 6. Install temperature sensor particle filter • Tighten temperature sensor 45 Nm • Clip in 6 wiring harnesses • Suspend wiring harness on a suitable tool
7. 7. Attach engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if removed
8. 8. Lower vehicle by its entire height
9. 9. Connect wiring harness plug for particle filter temperature sensor and lock it • Use a suitable tool to bring the wiring harness up and through • Clip wiring harness plug into bracket.
10. 10. Close bonnet
